kt4444 may require you to submit identity verification documents — including a national ID card, passport, driver's licence, or proof of address — at any point during your membership. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs on your kt4444 account. This includes all bets placed, deposits made, withdrawals requested, and bonus claims submitted while your account is active. kt4444 will treat any action taken from your account as authorised by you, unless you have notified us in writing of a security compromise before the action was taken.

kt4444 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All deposits and withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.
• Supported deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. kt4444 may add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
• Withdrawal processing time: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours of approval. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and any verification requirements applicable to your account at the time of the request.
• Withdrawal method matching: Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit of equivalent or greater value. kt4444 reserves the right to enforce this matching policy at its discretion for fraud prevention purposes.
• Deposits must be funded from your own account: You may not deposit funds on behalf of another person, and you may not use a payment account that does not belong to you. Deposits made from third-party payment accounts will be reversed and the account may be suspended.

kt4444 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider — such as bKash or Nagad — may apply their own transaction fees, for which kt4444 accepts no responsibility.

Deposits credited to a kt4444 account that were funded by fraudulent, stolen, or otherwise disputed payment instruments will be voided. The associated account will be suspended pending investigation, and all funds may be withheld pending resolution with the relevant payment provider.

kt4444 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered members, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and major cricket tournaments including BPL and IPL.

All bonuses are subject to specific terms at the time of offer, which will include details of the applicable wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount, e.g., 20x), minimum qualifying deposit, eligible games and their contribution percentages, maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings, and the validity period within which the wagering requirement must be met.

• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully completed.
• kt4444 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and withhold associated winnings if it determines that a bonus has been claimed or used in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the offer, including through arbitrage, bonus abuse, or collusion with other players.

• kt4444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Free spins credited as part of a bonus offer will expire if not used within the stated validity period, typically 7 days from the date of credit.

The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on kt4444, including cricket, football, kabaddi, and all other sports markets offered on the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. kt4444 does not accept requests to cancel or modify a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system.
• In the event of an event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, kt4444 will apply the rules stated in the specific sport's betting rules page. In general, bets on abandoned cricket matches will be settled as void and stakes returned, unless a minimum number of overs has been completed as specified in the rules.
• kt4444 reserves the right to void any bet where it is determined that the odds were published due to a technical error, a data feed fault, or where the bet was placed after the event outcome was known (late betting).
• Maximum single-bet and accumulator-bet payout limits apply to all markets. These limits are displayed in the bet slip at the time of placing a wager. Winnings above the stated maximum payout for a single event will be capped at the published limit regardless of the odds accepted.
• kt4444 reserves the right to restrict betting limits or close the betting account of any individual without providing a reason, at its sole discretion.

For casino games and live dealer games, the rules of each individual game govern the outcome. Game results produced by certified random number generators (RNG) or by live dealer procedures are final. kt4444 does not intervene in game outcomes. Any dispute regarding a game result must be raised with kt4444 support within 72 hours of the session in question.

The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances — including both real-money funds and bonus balances — at kt4444's sole discretion:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Opening more than one account on the platform, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or placing bets based on information not available to the general public at the time of placing the bet.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Charging back or disputing a deposit with your payment provider after the funds have been used for wagering on kt4444.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing kt4444 staff, support agents, or other platform users.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, system glitches, or pricing mistakes on the platform for financial gain.

kt4444 reserves the right to report suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing to relevant authorities. Users under investigation for any of the above offences will have their accounts frozen immediately while the matter is reviewed.

kt4444 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

kt4444 may send you transactional communications — including deposit confirmations, withdrawal notifications, and security alerts — via email or in-app notification. These communications are necessary for the operation of your account and cannot be opted out of while your account remains active.

With your consent at registration, kt4444 may also send you promotional communications — including bonus offers, free spin notifications, and seasonal promotions relevant to Bangladesh. You may withdraw consent for promotional communications at any time by contacting support at [email protected].

kt4444 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While kt4444 takes all reasonable steps to maintain platform availability and data accuracy, it makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of live odds or data feeds, or the fitness of any particular game for any specific purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kt4444 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses arising from:

• Temporary or extended platform downtime due to scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond kt4444's control.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or any banking partner.
• Data transmission errors, including corrupted bet confirmations, caused by the user's internet connection or device.
• Any loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or indirect financial harm arising from the use — or inability to use — the kt4444 platform.

Nothing in this clause limits kt4444's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its own gross negligence. This clause does not affect any statutory rights you may hold as a consumer under applicable Bangladeshi law.

If you have a complaint regarding the kt4444 platform, a game outcome, a bonus, a payment transaction, or any other aspect of your account, you should contact kt4444 support in the first instance by emailing [email protected] with full details of your complaint. kt4444 will acknowledge receipt of formal complaints within 5 business days and aims to provide a full written response within 28 days.

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the internal complaints process, you may seek independent advice or escalate the matter through appropriate consumer protection channels available in your jurisdiction.

kt4444 does not provide legal, financial, or tax advice to its members. Any tax obligations arising from gambling winnings are the sole responsibility of the individual account holder under the laws applicable in their jurisdiction.
